Regular colon cleansing is important for healthy colon since it invigorates natural body functions. Colon cleansing is defined as the therapy that helps removing toxins from the intestines to let the ideal functioning of the bowels that is digestion, absorption and assimilation. Colon cleanse will involve the healing, revitalizing and restoration of digestive tract and its related organs. Recipe #1
Take about 200 gm of White Sultana Raisins and Senna. Take about 250 gm of Rose Hips Extract. Steam the White Raisin in one quart of water and do the same with Senna. Infuse the entire material for about ½ hour and filter it into fine liquid. Mix both those liquids in a two quart bottle. Now add Rose Hips Extract into the same bottle and then fill the bottle up with boiled water.
Drink about 100 ml of the infusion every evening for about 15 days to get maximum benefits. The ingredients used in the formula contain natural colon cleansing properties.
Recipe #2
Take about half filled glass of grape or cherry juice. Fill quarter more with plain water and then add 3 tbsp of liquid bentonite. Add one heaping tsp of Psyllium Husk powder and one level tsp of Vitamin C crystals. Then add ½ tsp of papain powder, Psyllium seed powder and a pinch of Indian gooseberry’s powder (you can also go for adding Triphala – an Ayurvedic formula). Mix them well and drink it right away.
Consume this formula regularly (on alternate days) for about a month. Grapes, cherries, triphala and Psyllium are considered to be very useful in restoring various enzymes and hormones in the body. They effectively cleanse the colons and also restore the metabolism of the body helping to absorb and assimilate the food particles and hence lessen the chances of getting them stored as fats in the body.
Recipe #3
This is quite simple though very useful. You can make one solution that is useful in cleansing the body. Take 200 ml of lukewarm water and add about 1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice (or better squeeze ½ big lemon). Add a pinch of rock salt, black pepper and asafetida. You can also add some ginger juice to enhance the formula and have this glassful of the medicated solution daily in the morning. This cleanses the colon if consumed daily for about one month.
